Technique

About the Artist

Born in a small town with no afterschool activities available, I was always dreaming to learn dancing. When first my mom brought me to the opera house to see my first ballet, I was speechless. I admired every movement these graceful ballerinas did, and I wished I could have learnt at least one of them. After many years, when I became an artist, I painted Ballerina Painting series to somehow let my feelings out.

At first rather cold, the colors I use are gradually becoming warm and fanned under my brushstrokes and palette knife. This technique adds abstract effects that bring unique vibrations to my paintings and often drape them with a veil of melancholy. Much appreciated by art collectors, I wish to share my artistic passion with others: in my eyes, painting makes a house a home. I won some prizes as well as participated in several exhibitions and held my solo exhibition in 2022.
